In addition, while working in your home, air movers are placed in areas we have completed to speed the drying process. Combining these thorough cleaning practices,  with high powered professional equipment ensures the carpet is dry within 2 hours or less. 

Hot water extraction has been proven to be the #1 method to remove the most soiling and other allergens from the carpet, improving indoor air quality. This process combines heat and pressure  with a powerful vacuum to remove stains, soiling, oil-based stains from deep into the carpet fibers. It also kills bacteria, germs, and dust mites. Regular cleaning using the hot water extraction process can also extend the life of your carpet by helping reduce the abrasive effect particulate matter has on the carpet fibers. For these reasons we use the hot water extraction/steam cleaning process in 100% of our residential cleanings. We support the H.W.E method with a multi-step process including vacuuming, an eco-friendly non-toxic cleaning solution, and mechanical agitation.  We believe that hot water extraction offers the best results while bringing the most value to the customer.

Yes at  Froggy's Carpet Cleaning we use several factors to determine a quote. We generally avoid giving a price until an on-site inspection/estimate is performed.  We do understand in some situations scheduling an estimate ahead of time may not be possible.  As professionals we can use customer provided measurements, pictures, or video calls to determine a quote without being on site. We do give the option to schedule the cleaning immediately after an inspection/estimate is given. We would be proud to speak with you personally to help make the best decision when choosing a service.

We do not move furniture in most situations.  Our technicians are trained to move small items and have furniture sliders to assist in the cleaning process, but we don't move large pieces of furniture. For example we do slide sofas to clean under them but we would not move a large dresser or a TV stand. 

Absolutely we clean a variety of hard surfaces. We are equipped to clean ceramic/porcelain tile, stone, terrazzo and concrete floors. We use specialized equipment to clean and dry hardwood floors?

That being said we feel our prices are affordable and give the customer the most value. We offer free estimates and scheduling an estimate done by our skilled technician with give you the best price. We offer discounts to all places of worship, daycares and schools, veterans, first responders, and seniors. In most cases accessing water at the location allows us to be efficient in the cleaning process. If there is no access to water we are able to bring transport enough water to complete most residential jobs. If there is no water on location please let us know at the time of scheduling so we can be prepared. We generally do not bring water during a cleaning.

At Froggy's Carpet Cleaning we understand having your Carpet cleaned is a chore and want to making it as painless as possible. We ask you to move any furniture you would like moved. We do not move large items of furniture.  As well as any smaller items be removed from the floor. Our technician will do a final walk through before the cleaning to move smaller items to facilitate the cleaning process and prepare for the cleaning. We generally gain access to the outside water spigot if one is available.  We also ask that we have access to a parking space closest to the door. We ask any pets be put away.

We are open 24/7 for your convenience. We normally scedule work between 7am - 5pm. We are available to take calls anytime of day. We also can handle emergency water extraction 24 hours a day.

Yes. At Froggy's Carpet Cleaning we specialize in cleaning all fabric types wool and synthetic area rugs.
